They are your Modern Adventure host, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable trip for everyone. They will be your go-to for any and all questions around our daily flow, meeting points, times, what to expect and any questions or concerns that may arise.

Our local guides in Morocco are experts in all things related to our destination. They are deeply knowledgeable with respect to local culture and customs, art and history, and are passionate about sharing that with all of us. They are our interpreter, local host and introduce us to the local way of life.

Chef Suzanne Tracht is a towering icon of the Los Angeles and SoCal food scene. From early in her career as chef de cuisine at famed Campanile, to her multi-award winning JAR, she's an accomplished chef with a deep library of rave reviews and television highlights from Top Chef Masters and Hell’s Kitchen to countless cooking shows.

Suzanne is also a passionate voice for supporting underserved communities, recognized by some of the region’s most prominent charitable organizations including SOVA (a community food and resources program of Jewish Family Service of LA), C-Cap (Careers Through Culinary Arts Program), Project Angel Food, No Kid Hungry, and Cedars-Sinai Women’s Heart Center. She's long been a champion of women in business.

We will meet and spend time with local community members, weavers, artisans, vintners, producers and many more. All of our local experts are excited to help us learn more, experience more, and have the best possible experience together.
